Council Members
Council members set goals for the Council and help guide our work. They bring different experiences, skills, and ideas that help us make progress on our goals.
The governor appoints Council members. A federal law called the Developmental Disabilities Act (DD Act) has rules about who serves on the Council. Most Council members are people with developmental disabilities and family members.
